Product overview:

The positive charge group in the product and the anionic group in the dye are easy to form electrostatic combination, It can make the dye and fixing agent settle on the fiber, and at the same time, its reactive groups cross-link with the reactive groups in the dye molecules and the hydroxyl groups in the cellulose molecules, thus reducing the water solubility of the dye and improving the soaping fastness, staining fastness and wet ironing fastness of the fabric.

The product can also form a film on the surface of fabric or fiber to improve its color fastness; The nitrogen atoms contained in its molecular structure have strong acid absorption ability, that is, it has good pH buffer ability, which can obviously improve the perspiration fastness of the fabric.

Application method:

The product is suitable for dyeing with reactive dyes, direct dyes, sulfide dyes, neutral dyes and acid dyes or fixation after printing. The dosage should be determined according to the color depth of the fabric and the type of dye used. Generally, the maximum dosage should not exceed 5% weight ratio to  fabric.

Suggested dosage:

light color: 1-2% weight ratio to fabric;

Medium dark color: 2-5% weight ratio to fabric.

1. Impregnation method:

Suggested dosage: 1-5% weight ratio to fabric; at 40-60℃ for  20-30 minutes.

2. Padding method:

Suggested dosage: 10-50 g/L.

Precautions:

Before mass production, pre-test should be carried out to confirm the compatibility between various additives.

Packing:

25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.

Storage:

Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
