Product overview:
The product is a stable slurry made of nano-metal oxide powder which is uniformly dispersed in water. The hydroxyl radicals produced by it have good oxidation ability and can effectively decompose harmful bacteria. Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, it can endow the product with bacteriostasis, mildew prevention, deodorization and ultraviolet resistance.
The product is suitable for various fibers (natural fiber, synthetic fiber), and can be widely used to develop various antibacterial textiles, including masks, curtains, bed sheets, underwear, shirts, T-shirts, sportswear, gloves, socks, towels, bath towels, blankets, quilt covers, pillowcases, dishwashing cloth, various maternal and child products, disposable medical textiles, etc.

Application methods:
It is recommended to use the product by padding, impregnation or surface coating.
The usage amount of the product will change according to the material and finishing conditions of the fabric to be treated. The recommended dosage is 3-5% weight ratio to fabric; Drying: at 130-150℃; In order to increase the washing resistance of finished fabrics, it is suggested to use JYK FIX-ET as a fastness accelerator.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The product should be stored and transported in a closed and light-proof way. Before useing it, it should be fully stirred and mixed evenly;
3. The product is non-toxic and harmless to human body. If contaminated with hands or other parts of the body, it can be washed with water;
4. The product is a suspension system. Please stir it evenly before use.
