Product overview:
JYK AMB-110 is an anti-mite and anti-bacterial additive specially developed for artificial fibers. The application method is mainly applied in the way of online blending and adding before spinning.
The fiber added with the anti-mite and antibacterial additive JYK AMB-110 has a high repellant rate to dust mites, and has obvious antibacterial effect, which can effectively inhibit the reproduction and growth of harmful bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, pneumobacter and albicans in contact with the fabric, and has excellent washing resistance.

Application methods:
This product is applied by blending pre-spinning glue with anti-mite and antibacterial additives. By blending the viscose with the last filter after defoaming, mixing the viscose with the static (dynamic) state of the pre-spinning glue by injection method, spinning molding, and then after post-treatment, drying, shaping, grading, packaging and finished product, the fiber can have durable anti-mite and antibacterial properties, and the process of adding anti-mite and antibacterial additives can be minimized.
In order to achieve good mite repellent protection and antibacterial properties, the amount of anti-mite antibacterial additives added should be 4.0-5.0% (the weight ratio of nail fiber), at this time, good mite repellent and antibacterial properties can be obtained.
Notes:
1.It should be noted that in the post-treatment process after spinning, the bleaching process after the desulphurization process of the silk cake needs to be omitted to enhance the anti-mite and anti-odor properties of the fiber.
2.When using this product, it is not necessary to apply in diluted form, and it can be directly used in commercial dosage form.
3.When using this product, it is necessary to take necessary labor protection measures, such as wearing protective gloves.
Test methods:
At present, the test method of anti-mite performance was tested by GB 24253-2009-T (Evaluation of Anti-mite performance of textiles).
The antimicrobial properties can be tested according to GB/T 20944.3, FZ/T 73023, AATCC 100, AATCC 147 or JIS L-1902.
Precautions:
1. Anti-mite and antibacterial additives avoid storage with oxidants. Avoid contaminating water, food, feed or seeds;
3. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling this product. Never pour spills into the drain.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;
Do not store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources;
Store away from incompatible materials and food containers;
Protect containers from mechanical damage and check containers regularly for leaks.
