Product overview:
This product is a durable antibacterial additive specially developed for chemical fiber , especially acrylic fiber, viscose, vinylon and other fibers produced by wet spinning process.It has effective antibacterial performance.
This product can be added in spinning solution or viscose of chemical fiber. The chemical fiber added with this product can produce bed sheets, blankets, underwear, towels, socks, carpets, non-woven fabrics, shoe fabrics, interior decoration products, air filter materials ,etc., which have antibacterial, mildew-proof functions.
Product character:
● Does not affect the color of chemical fiber itself;
● Does not affect the spinning process of chemical fiber;
● High temperature stability, up to 180℃;
● Soluble in esters and polyols, soluble in water;
● It can be compatible with general additives (such as matting agent, pigment, antistatic agent, flame retardant, etc.).
Product performance:
● Appearance: Light color liquid; ● Ionicity: Non-ionic
● Density: 1.0-1.1g/cm3; ● pH: 6-8
● Viscosity: < 100cps
Application methods:
The recommended addition of this product is 2-3% (weight ratio to chemical fiber). Without dilution, it can be directly added by injection before the spining process of chemical fiber.
Test methods:
There are many suitable methods for testing antibacterial properties. GB/T 20944, AATCC-100, JIS L1902 ,etc. are suggested.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. After handling this product, thoroughly wash hands and other exposed skin.
Packing:
25kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
