Application methods:
The product is generally finished on textiles by dyeing and finishing, and the amount of silver ions added is determined according to the use requirements of the final product (washing requirements, antibacterial properties and wear, etc.):
When the silver on the fabric surface is 20-40ppm, it can achieve good antibacterial effect;
When the silver on the fabric surface is 50-100ppm, lasting washing resistance can be obtained;
The product can adopt conventional finishing methods such as padding, dipping, spraying, coating, foam finishing and other application methods, and padding process is generally recommended;
Dip rolling process: According to the liquid carrying rate (absorption rate) and the final required treatment concentration (silver content), the ingredient concentration of antibacterial agent can be calculated. The fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET can be used to improve the washing resistance of antibacterial finishing. After the fabric is treated, it can be dried.
Performance testing:
It is suggested to adopt AATCC 100-2004, ISO 20743-2007, GB/T 20944.3 and other standards.
