Product overview:
JYK AM-100 is an anti-mite finishing agent specially developed for the household textile industry. It is suitable for household textiles including weft knitted fabrics and warp knitted fabrics, can be used for conventional fibers and fabrics, and can be widely used in mattresses, bedspreads, pillows, bed sheets, pillowcases, curtains, wall covering, blankets, indoor textiles, decorations and furniture fabrics.
The fabric treated with the product has high repellent rate against mites and good washing resistance.

Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, spraying, coating and foam application.
In order to achieve the protective effect of repelling mites, it is recommended that the dosage of JYK AM-100 on the fabric should be 1-1.5% weight ratio to fabric; In order to obtain water-washing resistance, it is recommended to use 1-2% weight ratio to fabric fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET.
1. Padding method: undiluted JYK AM-100 should be added into the treatment solution while stirring at the end, and adjusted to the required pH value; At the same time, wetting agent can be added to improve padding liquid ratio,if it is necessary.
2. Foam method: JYK AM-100 is added to the foam bath according to the instructions for foaming. In order to achieve sufficient permeability on medium and thick fabrics, foam application needs to be carried out on wetted materials.
3. Coating method: JYK AM-100 can be mixed with water-soluble backing or oil-soluble backing, but it is recommended to test its compatibility in advance.
4. Spraying method: The product needs to be sprayed in a diluted state. It is recommended to dilute it with water at a ratio of 1:50 before use. Necessary labor protection measures must be taken during spraying.
Test methods:
At present, the anti-mite performance can be tested according to JIS L1920, GB/T 24253-2009 and other standards, and the content of active chemical components in textiles can also be determined by HPLC.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Avoid storing with oxidants; Avoid contaminating water, food, feed or seeds;
3. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. Generally, the setting temperature is 130-150 ℃, and it is recommended not to exceed 150 ℃.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
