The product can be used with fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET to obtain fabrics with good washing resistance and good heating effect at the same time. This product can absorb the visible light and infrared rays emitted from the surface of textiles and irradiated on textiles, and can play a role in heating and keeping warm.

Application methods:
The product can be used by impregnation method, padding method and other processes.
The dosage of the product is determined by the type, gram weight and liquid carrying rate of the fabric to be treated. JYK TO-15 suggests that the dosage is 3-10% weight ratio to fabric.
The suggested process is padding → drying (at 100-110℃) → setting (at 150-180℃ for 1-2 min).
In order to obtain good washability and feel of finished fabric, JYK FIX-ET of 1-3% weight ratio to fabric must be used together.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Prolonging setting time can improve washing resistance;
3. Appropriate softener can be added to improve hand feeling;
4. Please use the prepared finishing agent working solution within the same day;
5. When the product is added, it will cause the color change of the fabric. Therefore, when dealing with light-colored fabrics, it should first confirm the color by making small samples before mass production;
6. The product may be delaminated and settled after being placed for a long time. It is recommended to fully stir and mix this product before use.

Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
