The product belongs to silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent, which can be used for antibacterial processing of various fibers, such as cotton, viscose, Tencel, natural fluff, nylon, polyester, rayon or wool, etc. It has good washing resistance to cellulose fibers and fabrics; It can be widely used in home textile products such as sheets, blankets, bed sheets, carpets, quilts, sleeping bags, underwear, socks, towels, etc.

Product character:

Freeze-thaw stability: It can withstand 10 cycles of freezing (-22-54 ℃);

Solubility: Soluble in water, alcohols, ketones, esters, hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons;

It has good antibacterial properties.

Appearance: Light amber to deep amber liquid

pH: 5-7

Application methods:

1. Padding method:

Dissolving JYK ABDO-572 in proper water to prepare the required concentration;

Suggested dosage: 1-2% (weight ratio to fabric);

Padding process: One dipping and one padding; Drying: 120-160 ℃.

2. Impregnation method: Suitable for cotton;

Suggested dosage: 1-2% (weight ratio to fabric);

Bath ratio: 1:10-20;    pH: 5.5-6.5.

Precautions:

1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;

2. It is recommended that the drying/setting temperature should be 150-180 ℃ to avoid the discoloration of fabrics caused by excessive temperature.

Storage:

Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;

It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
