Application methods:
This product can be treated by padding, dipping, spraying, etc. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2% (weight ratio to fabric).
1. Pad rolling method:
Pad rolling→drying (80-110℃).
2. Impregnation method:
Fabric→Impregnation (soaking evenly, 40-50℃×15-30min)→dehydration (reclaiming the thrown solution and adding it into the impregnation tank)→drying.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. The drying temperature should not be too high, and it is recommended that it should not exceed 130℃. The higher the drying temperature, the more volatile the product is, and the more it needs to be added, so it is necessary to control the temperature to avoid unnecessary waste.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place away from light;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
