The product is a durable antibacterial and mildew-proof finishing agent specially developed for textile industry, which has effective antibacterial and mildew-proof properties.
The product is suitable for household textiles, technical textiles and heavy fabrics, can be used for conventional fibers and fabrics, and can be widely used in mattresses, carpets, textile wall coverings, interior decoration fabrics, indoor and outdoor furniture, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, shower curtains, waterproof tarpaulins, awnings, umbrellas, sails, belts, ropes, shoe lining fabrics, etc.
The fabric finished with the product has obvious antibacterial and mildew-proof properties, and can effectively inhibit the breeding of harmful bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Aspergillus niger contacting the fabric.

Application methods:
The product can be used by padding, impregnation, coating and foam.
JYK ABDO-200 Recommended dosage: 2-4% weight ratio to fabric; Using 1-2% weight ratio to fabric fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET can obviously improve the washing resistance of fabric.
Padding: undiluted JYK ABDO-200 needs to be added to the treatment solution while stirring and to be adjusted to the required pH value; At the same time, wetting agent can be added to improve liquid ratio if it is necessary.
Test methods:
It is suggested that AATCC-30 "Determination of Antifungal Properties of Textiles: Anti-mildew and Anti-corrosion Properties of Textiles" and JIS Z 2911testing standards ,etc.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. In order to obtain the best treatment effect, it is recommended to set the treated fabric twice, and the finishing should be carried out in the second setting. It is recommended that the process temperature should be about 150 ℃, not more than 180 ℃, so as to avoid the color change of the fabric caused by excessive temperature.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
