Product overview:
Antibacterial and mildew-proof finishing agent JYK ABF-248 has effective antibacterial and mildew-proof properties and can be used for various types of textiles. The product is suitable for household textiles, technical textiles and heavy fabrics, can be used for conventional fibers and fabrics, and can be widely used in mattresses, carpets, textile wall coverings, interior decoration fabrics, indoor and outdoor furniture, tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, shower curtains, waterproof tarpaulins, awnings, umbrellas, sails, belts, ropes, shoe lining fabrics, etc.
The product was certified by OEKO-TEX ® Accepted ACP in 2021.

Application methods:
Considering the fabric type, gram and the needs of different uses, the dosage of JYK ABF-248 will be adjusted accordingly:
Antibacterial properties: recommended dosage: 0.6-0.8% weight ratio to fabric;
Mildew resistance: recommended dosage: 1-2% weight ratio to fabric;
It can be processed by padding, spraying, dipping and dyeing in the same bath.
Preparation of working fluid: Add water (if necessary, add wetting agent under stirring), add other additives under continuous stirring, finally stir the undiluted product evenly, and add a corresponding amount of JYK ABF-248 to the working solution in the form of stirring under filtration (add fastness accelerator JYK FIX-ET if necessary to increase the washing resistance of the fabric to be treated), and stir until the whole working solution is evenly mixed before treating the fabric.
1. Padding method: The undiluted product should be added into the treatment liquid under stirring condition, and the working liquid should be weakly acidic
(pH: 4.5-5.0) has better effect and good stability;
Drying/setting temperature: at 150-180℃.
2. Dyeing in one bath: JYK ABF-248 is suitable for dyeing in one bath in dying machine (high temperature), and the pH value of dye liquor should be in
4.5-5.0 to prevent its antibacterial and mildew resistance from decreasing.
JYK ABF-248 Recommended dosage:
Antibacterial property: 0.6-1% weight ratio to fabric;
Mildew resistance: 1-2% weight ratio to fabric.
The antibacterial and mildew-proof properties and washing resistance of this product depend on many requirements such as dyeing conditions, fabric varieties and testing standards for antibacterial and mildew-proof. The general dyeing process parameters are as follows (for example):
Dyeing temperature:at 85-130℃; Dyeing bath pH: 4.5-5.0; Bath ratio: 1:10; Time: for 30-60min.
Test methods:
Antibacterial properties: FZ/T 73023, AATCC-100, JIS L1902, GB/T 20944.2, GB/T 20944.3 and other standards are used for testing;
Anti-mildew performance: AATCC-30 method "Determination of anti-fungal performance of textiles: anti-mildew and anti-corrosion performance of textiles" is used for testing.
Precautions:
1. The product is suspension and easy to settle. In order to ensure the uniform treatment during padding and rolling, it is required to thoroughly stir the product in the packaging barrel and then take the material. Then add a small amount of water in a small container in advance, thoroughly pre-disperse and uniformly, and then under the filtration state, the pre-dispersed dispersion liquid:
1.1 Pour into a batching cylinder, fully stirring evenly, filter, pour into a padding groove, and carry out padding processing; In the production process, the batching tank should be continuously stirred to prevent settlement;
1.2 Or pour it into the chemical bucket next to the dyeing machine, stir it well, and then slowly add it into the dyeing machine for dyeing in the same bath.
2. The product is anionic/nonionic product, and the compatibility between various additives should be confirmed in advance before mass production;
3. In order to obtain good washability of finished fabrics, the product should be used first in the production process, and then other additives should be used for functional finishing;
4. It is recommended that the drying/setting temperature should be 150-180℃ and not exceed 180℃ to avoid the discoloration of fabrics caused by excessive temperature;
5. It is best to use the prepared solution on the same day and ensure its uniformity;
6. It is not recommended to carry out padding waterproof/three-proof treatment for dyed fabrics treated in the same bath; If the fabric needs waterproof (oil-proof) processing at the same time, it is recommended to pad it with waterproof/three-proof auxiliaries in the same bath, and the dosage of waterproof/three-proof auxiliaries should be increased at this time;
7. After using this product, thoroughly wash hands and exposed skin.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
Avoid storage at 0℃ to prevent freezing;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
