Product Overview:
The product is a special infrared absorbent for textile fabrics. The absorbent can absorb infrared rays emitted from the surface of textiles and irradiated to textiles, especially near infrared rays, which can play a role in heat insulation and warmth preservation, and can play a good concealment role in military affairs.

Application method:
The product can be used by padding or coating, and the dosage is usually 3-5% weight ratio to fabric. The specific dosage and usage depend on the variety and purpose of fabric.
1. Pad rolling method:
1.1 Suggested process formula ,taking the rolling rate of 80% as an example:
Anti-infrared finishing agent JYK ANIR-250: 40-60 g/L
Fastness Accelerator JYK FIX-ET: 20-40 g/L
1.2 Chemical operation: (Take the preparation of 500L solution as an example)
First, add about 400 L of water into the chemical bucket, stir and add the required amount of JYK ANIR-250, add the required amount of JYK FIX-ET in the stirring state, stir evenly, finally add water to 500L, and continue stirring for later use (add filter bag to the discharge pipe of the chemical bucket).
1.3 Suggested process flow:
Bleached and dyed fabric → padding and rolling anti-infrared solution → drying: at 80-110 ℃ → Stretch setting ( at 160-180 ℃ for 30 seconds; or at 130 ℃ for 3-4 minutes).
2. Coating method:
2.1 Suggested process formula ,taking the rolling rate of 80% as an example:
JYK ANIR-250: 3-5% weight ratio to fabric
Waterborne coating adhesive: X% weight ratio to fabric
2.2 Suggested process flow:
Bleached and dyed fabric → coating → drying → high temperature setting.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. If it is used for military purposes, the dosage should be appropriately increased, and the specific dosage should be determined through tests to confirm whether the results meet the specific requirements of customers;
3. If it is used for thermal insulation, heating and thermal insulation of textiles, the specific dosage should be determined through tests according to the thermal insulation and thermal insulation requirements of textiles;
4. The product is a suspension system, please stir it well before use;
5. When the product is added, it will cause the color change of fabric. Therefore, when dealing with light-colored fabrics, we should first make samples to confirm the color before production.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
