Anti-static agent JYK AT-15 has good anti-static effect,which is suitable for chemical fiber fabrics .
Product characteristics:
Soluble in water at room temperature;
Good compatibility, can be used alone, and can also be blended with other oil agents and emulsifiers without cationic components;
When used on dark chemical fiber fabrics, it eliminates static electricity of fabrics and does not reduce their rubbing color fastness and washing color fastness.

Application method:
Dip rolling method:
JYK AT-15 Recommended dosage: 1-3% weight ratio to fabric;
Rolling rate: 80-100%; Drying: at 100 ℃ for 3minutes ; Finalization: at 180 ℃ for 1 min.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. It should not be used in the same bath with cationic surfactant;
3. The appearance of the product is dark blue-gray, which will cause the color change of the fabric when added. Therefore, when dealing with light-colored fabrics, we should first make small samples to confirm the color before mass production.
Packing:
20 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
