Product overview:
The product is a non-ionic polyester polyurethane dispersion, suitable for textile coating and foam coating slurry, which can be used in pigment printing paste to improve wet rubbing fastness, and can also be used in various functional auxiliaries to improve the washing resistance of fabrics after functional finishing.

Soluble in water;
It has good compatibility with most functional additives.

Application methods:
JYK FIX-DI should be used after full stirring, and the recommended dosage is 1-2% weight ratio to fabric;
It is suggested that the treatment temperature should be at 140℃ for 2-5minutes. When the temperature is increased, the treatment time can be shortened appropriately.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Due to different treatment conditions, the treated fabric may be yellowed. Please confirm the sample in advance before using it;
3. The hand feeling of the fabric may change after treatment. Please evaluate carefully and improve it by adding appropriate softeners or other additives if necessary.

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
