Product overview:
The product is a stable and safe aqueous emulsion made by sealing the end group of isocyanate with high reactivity. After heating, the end group sealing agent is separated and the isocyanate group with active hydrogen is regenerated, which is highly reactive.

The product is water-based emulsion with fine and stable particles;
The product is non-ionic and has good compatibility with other polymer emulsions;
The wet rubbing fastness of treated fabrics can be improved when combined in pigment printing paste.

Application methods:
When mixed with pigment printing paste, the recommended addition amount of this product is 1-2% weight ratio of pigment printing paste, and it is used after full stirring.
Suggested heat treatment process: at 140℃ for 2-5 minutes; When the treatment temperature is increased, the treatment time can be shortened appropriately.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. When the product is added, it may cause yellowing of fabric. Please make a sample to confirm the color before production.
Packing:
25 kg/barrel; Or pack according to customer requirements.
Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
