Product overview:
The product is an antiviral finishing agent, which can be used for antiviral finishing of cellulose fibers such as cotton, viscose, LYOCELL, wool, silk fabrics and blended fabrics such as cellulose fibers and polyester, nylon and Lycra (spandex); It can be widely used in antiviral finishing of clothes, towels, bedding, wet wipes and non-woven fabrics.

Compatible with most finishing agents;
The antiviral finishing agent has a high inactivation rate for influenza viruses such as H1N1 and H3N2 ,which can meet the requirements of ISO 18184.

Solubility: Dissolved in water
Stability: Stable storage under normal temperature to 0℃.If frozen,it should be melt before using it.
Application methods
Application methods such as padding, impregnation, spraying, coating and foam application can be adopted:
General dosage: 8-15% (weight ratio to fabric), specific dosage according to specific requirements of antiviral activity value.
1. Padding method: For open-width processed fabrics, padding method can be used;
Suggested dosage: 8-15% weight ratio to fabric or 100-200 g/L;
Liquid ratio: 80-100%; Drying → setting: at 120-160℃ for 1-2 minutes.
2. Impregnation method: The product has good affinity for cellulose fiber and can be adsorbed on the fiber;
Suggested dosage: 8-15% weight ratio to fabric; pH: 6.5-7;
Bath ratio: 1:10-15; Bath temperature: at 40-60℃; Impregnation time: for 20-30 min;
Drying → setting: at 120-160℃ for 1-2 minutes.
Precautions:
1. When using padding process, avoid using it in the same bath with special fluorescent whitening agent sensitive to acidity. When treating white bleached cotton cloth, make sure that all residual bleaching agent has been removed before use;
2. Compatible with most finishing agents.Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives.

Storage:
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
