Product overview:
The product is suitable for the finishing process of polyester, polyester blended and nylon fabrics such as hydrophilicity, moisture absorption, perspiration, antistatic, easy decontamination and hand feeling, which can endow these treated fabrics with durable water absorption and easy decontamination.
The product is more suitable for dirty overalls and tablecloths, curtains with high flame retardancy requirements, sportswear with high sweat absorption requirements, ordinary clothing, rags and small towels with high water absorption requirements, etc.
Product character:
The treated polyester fiber has good hand feeling;
It can be used in the same bath with disperse dyes dyed polyester;
Give polyester durable antifouling and washing resistance to water absorption (sweat absorption).

Application methods:
The recommended dosage of this product is 2-3% weight ratio to fabric when it reaches moisture absorption and perspiration performance; In order to achieve easy decontamination effect, it is recommended to increase the dosage to 3-5% or more of the weight of the fabric, which is determined according to the test.
1. Dyeing in the same bath:
1.1 Staining
Recommended formula: Disperse dye: x% weight ratio to fabric
Dispersion leveling agent: YG/L
JYK SR: 0.3-3% weight ratio to fabric
Acetic acid: pH = 4-7
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
1.2 Reduction cleaning
Recommended formula: Sodium hydrosulfite: 1-2 g/L
Nonionic active agent: 2 g/L
Soda ash: 1-2 g/L
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
2. Padding method:
Suggested process: padding JYK SR: 3-30 g/L → drying at 100℃ for 3 minutes → setting at 180℃ for 1 minutes.
The colour fastness of fabrics may be affected when treated by padding method. Please carry out pre-test to verify the colour fastness of fabrics.
Precautions:
1. Pre-test should be carried out before mass production to confirm the compatibility between various additives;
2. Dye with disperse dyes in the same bath. Avoid using caustic soda when reducing and cleaning;
3. When dyeing with disperse dyes in the same bath, some disperse dyes are easy to coke, so it is suggested to use disperse leveling agent with good performance;
4. Under normal circumstances, additives such as softener, waterproofing agent, fixing agent and antistatic agent are easy to affect the hygroscopicity of the treated fabric. It is recommended to carry out pre-test before choosing to use it;
5. When the product is added, it may cause slight changes in the color of fabrics. Therefore, when dealing with white or light-colored fabrics, small samples should be made to confirm the color before production.
Packing:

Storage:
Store in a place away from light, dry and well ventilated;
It is forbidden to store in high temperature, open air or places with fire sources.
