Product overview:
The anti-mosquito polyester masterbatch JYK MB-PL PET is made by microencapsulation of the active ingredient with good anti-mosquito properties and good repellent properties to mosquitoes. It is fully dispersed and processed with polyester slices. When blended with polyester slices, polyester fiber/yarn with good anti-mosquito properties can be produced.
Product character:
● When the anti-mosquito polyester masterbatch is blended with the polyester slice, the spinning components are basically not blocked, and the product quality and production rate are basically not affected;
● The melting point and the characteristic viscosity are lower than ordinary PET, and it has good blending and dispersibility.
● Can spin fine denier fiber or high F-number anti-mosquito polyester yarn;
The anti-mosquito polyester yarn produced has good anti-mosquito and anti-washing properties.

1. In order to effectively exert the anti-mosquito performance of anti-mosquito fiber/yarn, it is recommended to adopt the composite spinning process of skin core and put the anti-mosquito polyester masterbatch in the skin during the trial production of anti-mosquito polyester yarn/fiber;
2. In the short fiber production process, if the amount of silicone oil in the oil agent is too high, it may affect the anti-mosquito performance.Thus the amount of silicone oil needs to be adjusted when added.
Storage:
