Photocatalyst technology empowers fiber materials to lead a new trend of green and healthy living
The "Highly Active Photocatalyst Multi-functional Fiber" project initiated this time is the result of years of research and development by the Jiecon R&D team. This project focuses on the effective doping and modification of nano-titanium dioxide to reduce the energy level required by the photocatalyst. As a result, it can effectively activate the photocatalyst under weak light or indoor visible light conditions, achieving excellent antibacterial, antiviral and deodorizing performance.

The product developed in this project has a distinct photocatalytic effect under visible light (superoxide radicals and hydroxyl radicals):


The main performance indicators of the product are based on the following standards:
1. Deodorization performance: (GB/T33610-2017) / (Photocatalyst deodorization test: Detection tube method)
Hydrogen sulfide: ≥70%
Ammonia deodorization rate: ≥70%
Acetaldehyde deodorization rate: ≥70%
Photocatalyst effect: ≥20%
2. Antibacterial performance: (GB/T30706-2014) / (GB/T23763-2009) / (JIS R 1702:2020 Glass adhesion method)
Staphylococcus aureus: ≥90%
Escherichia coli: ≥90%
Pseudomonas aeruginosa: ≥2.0% Antibacterial activity value
Light contribution rate: ≥40%
3. Anti-allergy performance: (ISO 4333)
Dust mite allergen: ≥60%
