Product Introduction

 Fabrics or clothing woven from heat-shielding fibers/yarns have certain heat-shielding properties. By reducing the impact of solar radiation on the perceived temperature, they prevent heat from being transferred to the human body surface, thereby providing the wearer with a comfortable and heat-shielding feeling.
The evaluation of the heat insulation performance of textiles is also of great significance. It is an important means to assess the heat insulation performance of textiles by quantitatively analyzing the technical parameters of thermal characterization of textiles and the experimental results of thermal performance, as well as comprehensively evaluating the overall performance of the heat insulation performance of textiles. Generally, the evaluation of the heat insulation performance of textiles can be divided into three parts: the first is the quantitative analysis of thermal physical performance parameters, the second is the assessment of thermal experiments, and the last is the comprehensive evaluation.
Generally speaking, the fabric heat shielding process mainly involves coating a layer of heat shielding material on the fabric or applying heat shielding technology to achieve the effect of reducing heat conduction and radiation. Heat-shielding materials usually have a high reflectivity, which can reflect most of the thermal radiation and reduce heat absorption. Heat insulation technology can also form an insulating film on the surface of the fabric to prevent heat conduction and improve the heat insulation performance of the fabric.

However, the heat-shielding fabric obtained through the above-mentioned method is not breathable when worn, has poor comfort and a worse user experience. For this reason, in response to the demands of the market and relevant customers, our company has developed high-efficiency heat-shielding polyester masterbatches and fibers/yarns.

 Compared with similar products on the market, the color of the light-absorbing and heat-generating polyester masterbatch developed by our company is lighter, as shown in the following figure:

 

 

       

Our company, in collaboration with downstream cooperative units, has carried out the development of heat-shielding polyester yarns and related fabrics. The fabric specifications are as follows:

 

The heat-resistant polyester staple fibers produced using heat-resistant polyester masterbatch are also relatively light in color, as shown in the following figure:

      

The fabric specifications and structure are as follows: The weaving process of cotton-polyester thermal insulation fabric (C40s/T40s (thermal insulation yarn),C60%/T40%; 100*68 Weight per gram: 100gsm.
This fabric was sent to BOKEN for inspection. The test results are as follows:

       

Among them, the heat insulation coefficient is S45, as shown below:

Our company also collaborates with post-processing polyester DTY manufacturers to develop heat-shielding polyester DTY yarns (75D/72F), as shown below (the color is also relatively light) :

 

 As can be seen from the above, the heat-shielding fabric woven from heat-shielding fibers and yarns developed by our company has a relatively high heat-shielding performance. It will be well applied in outdoor fabrics, workwear fabrics and other uses in the future.
