According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation in the "Measures for the Administration of the Identification of High-tech Enterprises" (GuoKefei [2016] No. 32), the "Guidelines for the Administration of the Identification of High-tech Enterprises" (GuoKefei [2016] No. 195), and the "Implementation Measures for the Administration of the Identification of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai" (Hukehe [2021] No. 21), Shanghai Guofan Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. against the specific requirements of high-tech enterprise identification, 2023 to apply for high-tech enterprise certification.

On December 11, 2022, Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Certification Office issued a notice that Shanghai Guofan Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. entered the list of the third batch of high-tech enterprises to be certified in Shanghai.

 Entering the list of national high-tech enterprises, it means that Shanghai Guofan has reached a higher level in many aspects such as intellectual property rights, product research and development, scientific research projects, and sales proportion of high-tech products. In the future, on this basis, the company will further increase development efforts, declare more patents, establish more projects, actively develop and reserve more results, and further consolidate the foundation for the long-term development of the company.
